When I link a CRM record to a facility in MedRoute, can I add it to today’s route immediately?+
Yes. After import, MedRoute matches imported CRM records to MedRoute facility records. You can fix any rows that still need mapping, then add linked records straight to your current route — so you don’t have to bounce between the CRM and the route builder to go see that account today.
When I write a visit note in MedRoute, how does it get back into Salesforce or HubSpot?+
On the CRM Sync plan, every visit note is pushed back to your CRM against the matched record. Each note carries a live status you can see at a glance: local only (draft), pushing, pushed (successful), or failed — so you always know what’s in CRM and what’s still sitting on your device.
