Welcome to MedRoute AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Platform.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform. By using our Platform and agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to disable any user account at any time, including if we believe that you have failed to comply with these Terms.
We offer subscription-based access to our Platform. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees indicated for your selected subscription plan. All fees are in U.S. dollars.
Two-week money-back promise. If MedRoute AI does not help you make your subscription back in more stops per day or hours saved within the first fourteen (14) days after your first paid billing cycle begins, contact us at SellMore@medroute.ai and we will refund the first month's subscription fee in full, no questions asked. Refunds for subsequent billing cycles are available only where required by law.
We may change our subscription fees at any time, but changes will not apply retroactively. We will provide you with reasonable notice of any price changes by email or through the Platform.
We may offer a free trial of our subscription services. The duration of the free trial period will be specified during sign-up. We require a valid payment method to initiate a free trial, and we may automatically charge you for the subscription at the end of the free trial period unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the trial.
All content, features, and functionality on our Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, and software, is owned by MedRoute AI, its licensors, or other providers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You retain ownership of the data you create and upload to the Platform, including accounts, contacts, notes, routes, and visit activity ("Customer Data"). You grant MedRoute AI a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Platform. Subscribers on the CRM Sync plan can export Customer Data to CSV at any time, and customers on all plans can request a one-time export of their data by contacting us.
You agree not to use the Platform:
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. MedRoute AI disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components.
In no event shall MedRoute AI, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MedRoute AI, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.
These Terms and your use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
